Recommended Dose:
6 capsules 2 times daily. For adults only. 
 
Cautions: 
Do not take formulations containing Rhizoma et Radix Veratri along with this product. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner before use. Consult a health care practitioner in cases of diarrhea or weak yang and cold from deficiency; or abdominal distention due to damp obstruction. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist.
