Benefits:

It is used to relive symptoms of fatigue lack of appetite, distension, pain at hypochondriac regions and pain in abdomen due to stagnated liver-Qi, blood deficiency, vertigo, disharmony between the liver and spleen. It is also used to help relieve symptoms such as cramps or bloating associated with irregular menstruation
 
Recommended Dose:
Adults take 6 pills 2 times per day orally with warm water
