Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days within Ontario, 3-7 business days to the rest of Canada
• Priority Shipping: 1-4 business days
• Please note that delivery services are third-party mail couriers, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently only ship within Canada.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order on carrier’s website using the tracking information provided.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link for updates.
• If your order is lost or has not arrived within 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at stherbsinc@gmail.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Damage & Issues
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used herbal tea.
• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 2 days for a replacement or refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Policy
At ST Herbs, we strive to provide high-quality herbal medicine, floral teas and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of herbal products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its originally sealed packaging.
• The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
• The item was damaged in transit or received incorrectly.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., incorrect product).
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy
• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
• Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return an unopened product for personal reasons, a refund (shipping fees are not included) will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, used, or partially consumed herbal teas.
• Raw herbs or herbal products.
• Customized products.
• Products purchased on sale or clearance.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process for your original purchase.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account and credit card statement.
